I grew up in an active and health conscious Midwest household, where sports played an integral role in developing my fascination for what our bodies and minds are capable of. I prioritized this passion by going to Marquette University and earning a Bachelorβs Degree in Exercise Physiology. During my college experience, I mentored young kids in fitness programs as well as manage the Track & Field team to motivate and spread the wealth of movement. I have since applied my knowledge of biomechanics and the physiological effects of intentional movement and mindful nutrition to empower those looking to transform their fitness.
