This program is made for you and your level of tennis because you deserve to unlock your potential
and fall back in love with the game of tennis.
It's important for all recreational tennis players to prioritize their physical and emotional well-being by taking appropriate steps to prevent and manage injuries, set realistic goals, seek support from coaches or peers, and maintain a positive mindset.
Inside the Pain Free Tennis Program, you will receive:

MONTH 1: ADAPTATION
During the first 4 weeks, youβll get :
mobility and recovery routines to lay the baseline groundwork
agility drills to become light on your feet
foundational core and hip strength days with videos and cues
daily tips on how to think like an athlete
GOAL: solidify our winning mindset, correct imbalances from a heavy one-sided sport, create and adapt a strong foundation
MONTH 2: ACCUMULATION
During the second 4 weeks, the program will get into:
tennis specific full body STRENGTH workouts without sacrificing a ton of time in the gym
advanced agility + speed drills
science based training techniques to directly improve your performance on the court
MONTH 3: ADVANCEMENT
The final month of the program will go into high level training + lifestyle integration by:
solidifying stretching and workout habits to continually play tennis pain free
implementing high level conditioning workouts to make you look like a beast
strategizing your points during play to help you win more matches
maintaining a positive growth mindset during points to keep your momentum and strive under pressure
